Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote and elevate the brand image of the client.
[Job Description]
Create engaging and compelling content for press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
? Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers to secure coverage and partnerships.
? Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and product launches to generate positive media coverage.
? Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to adjust communication strategies accordingly.
? Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
? Oversee the creation and management of digital content, including social media, blogs, and website updates.
? Maintain and update the brand website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligns with brand guidelines.
? Collaborate with agencies to manage and curate content for social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
? Work closely with agencies to develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
? Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR and communication campaigns on the website and social media channels.
? Manage crisis communications and address any negative publicity promptly and effectively.
[Qualifications]
? Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
? Proven experience as a PR & Communication Manager, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
? Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
? Strategic thinker with a creative approach to storytelling.
? Familiarity with digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
? Crisis management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
? Excellent organizational and project management skills.
? Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in PR and communication.
? At least 2~3 years of work experience in related fields.
