Marketing Coordinator

Hanes Geo Components, a Leggett & Platt Inc. division, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various marketing projects, processes, and activities to execute the company’s strategic direction. This position requires close collaboration with sales leadership and sales representatives to ensure all marketing activities and communications accurately reflect our brand strategy. 

So, what will you be doing as a Marketing Manager? 

• Collaborate with sales leaders to implement marketing programs in support of sales strategies, including but not limited to email communication, print materials, advertisements, trade show attendance, etc. 

• Develop and maintain all marketing collateral including but not limited to product brochures, case studies, application brochures, PowerPoint company templates, etc. 

• Create campaigns and recommend communications strategies to promote brand awareness to both internal and external audiences 

• Boost social media presence and engage target markets across digital platforms 

• Recommend brand strategies to assist in developing the Annual Marketing Plan with the Director of Sales Operations 

• Track Annual Marketing Plan KPIs to deliver critical results 

• Coordinate corporate support for trade shows and events throughout the country 

• Other marketing responsibilities as needed 

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred majors in marketing, digital marketing, journalism, communications, graphic design, business, or other related fields and 3-5 years of related industry experience, or 5+ years of related industry experience 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing, advertisement, or public relations experience. Agency experience is preferred. 

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and business processes. Preferred experience and knowledge of graphic design. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
