We are seeking an experienced and organized IT Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays
- Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT project coordination or management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- PM certification is a plus
