UX Designer Position Summary

Lead the design process to ensure the successful delivery of appealing and functional solutions spanning various projects.

Articulate and convey the user experience at every stage of the design process using visual aids like wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Facilitate the design process across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

Ensure a comprehensive, strategic, and meticulous approach to design within your designated product domain to achieve optimal results.

Collaborate closely with development teams to verify that design specifications are accurately executed and align with the intended design vision.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related fields or equivalent practical experience
  • Over 5 years of professional background as a UI/UX product designer
  • Capability to work autonomously and seek input from the design team
  • Flourish in a highly cooperative, dynamic, agile setting
  • Exceptionally well-organized and attentive to details
  • Proficient in offering solutions that improve the entire user experience, not just individual features
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in utilizing design tools like Figma, Adobe, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar software
  • Showcase a portfolio illustrating expertise in product design and end-to-end user journeys
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in a large-scale organizational setting
  • Proficiency in development tools encompassing APIs, IDEs, and Git
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional discussions and design reviews
  • Familiarity with scrum/agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in utilizing Jira or similar tools for issue tracking
  • Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and standard network architectures
  • Exposure to cloud technologies and concepts
  • Ability to conduct user studies, analyze findings, present insights, and implement UI enhancements for an improved user experience
