The Gig:

Do you have a knack for translating complex data and research into actionable insights that drive results? As the Director of Strategy at IDX, you'll become the architect of insightful thinking, leading the way in crafting human-centric solutions that crack the code on client challenges. Partnering with a powerhouse team of creatives, media planners, and business leads, you'll ensure flawless execution of your strategies across all touchpoints. The Essentials:

• Oversee paid media digital strategy, leading the development and implementation of comprehensive client strategies for growth. This includes analyzing markets and competition, incorporating consumer insights, and partnering with the sales team to drive successful deal closures for key client accounts and complex sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Content, Design, Media, SEO, Analytics, Technical) to ensure seamless client strategy development and execution.
• Serve as the strategic lead on large and complex new business opportunities, by developing winning strategies and nurturing strong client relationships. This includes developing estimates, compiling market insights, preparing and delivering pitches, and working across teams to secure the win.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver thorough, well-defined, and consistently implemented client recommendations.
• Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for IDX digital strategy - Contribute thought leadership content through presentations, speaking engagements, training sessions, and authored articles to amplify IDX's digital strategy expertise and brand awareness.

Your Skills:

• Deep understanding of performance marketing tactics (SEO, Paid Media, Social, Programmatic) and a proven track record of developing and implementing winning paid media strategies across these channels.
• Proven track record developing comprehensive strategies across Brand, Marketing, Media, and Website for high-value clients within an agency environment.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, GDN, YouTube, Amazon Ads, social media platforms, and other paid media tools.
• Successful track record in leadership roles, effectively communicating strategies, presentations, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, C-suite executives, and the Board. This includes the ability to operate with autonomy and make independent decisions while keeping leadership informed.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and listening skills to effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Confidence and credibility to hold high-level strategic discussions with senior leaders.
