Description
Manage the entire service department of a Mitsubishi franchise. This position will be responsible for all technicians and service advisors. The service manager must maintain Mitsubishi's KPIs and growth standards. This position will be responsible for keeping a high level of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction while growing market share and gross profit.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement service strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
•Analyze service department performance metrics and develop action plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
•Manage and mentor service department staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer service.
•Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote service offerings and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
•At least three years of franchise service manager or assistant service manager experience.
