Purpose  

Our objective with this role is to increase top-of-the-funnel brand awareness, drive website traffic and sales phone calls, and engage potential buyers, real estate agents, and investors through thoughtful marketing and social media campaigns.  

 

Your expertise in digital marketing and social media content creation will be essential in achieving our goals.

 

Objectives of this Role

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators and develop effective digital marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness, and engagement, ultimately contributing to an increase in sales
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, recommend adjustments as needed
  • Engage and grow followers on social media by creating dynamic content
  • Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels.
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts across various online platforms including Google and Meta.
  • Leverage web analytics data to derive actionable insights to improve or maintain user experience and SEO.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate and share static and dynamic content including filming video on a mobile device/or other, reels, shorts, static posts, online ads, and other graphics.
  • Create and organize library of content for use across various internal and external channels.
  • Set up and optimize company pages (as needed) within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
  • Community management/ moderation and response to online comments and messages
  • Understand, write, and speak in the company voice and appear in home tour videos.
  • Coordinate the production, planning of special projects and events, open houses, etc.
  • Coordinate Emails/E-blasts and work with the VP of Marketing & Sales to track success of programs, incentives and/or promotions.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • In-take and traffic marketing requests and manage deadlines from inception through completion.
  • Present manager with regular traffic, web analytic and other reports.
  • Administer and coordinate customer reviews and surveys.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Maintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets and other project resources as required.
  • Assist with other marketing projects and other duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with content management systems.
  • Experience in planning and leading initiatives and/or product/brand launches.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major marketing channels
  • Design experience required, Adobe Creative Suite preferred 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or other related field
  • 3-5 years marketing experience
  • Direct marketing/advertising experience in home building and/or property management preferred
  • Direct marketing experience in the real estate industry preferred
