Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team.

 

The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of product marketing, the ability to simplify complex topics, and experience creating compelling multi-channel content tailored for diverse audiences.

 

With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills and a proven track record of developing effective marketing and communications deliverables across both traditional and digital platforms.

 

The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and managing a wide range of communications that successfully differentiate Homestead in the health benefits marketplace, drive awareness and preference for our brand, and enhance the experiences of the people we serve.

 

The position is based in our Philadelphia, PA, office, and is currently a hybrid position (2 days remote, 3 days in-office).

 

Specific Job Responsibilities include:

* Product Marketing Expertise - Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services and craft targeted marketing communications that resonate with our audiences.

* Content Development - Create compelling content across multiple channels, including but not limited to collateral, presentations, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website content.

* Project Management - Lead and manage marketing projects from conception to completion ensuring scope and objectives are clearly outlined and projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop detailed timelines and run regular status reports using project management tools.

* Brand Management - Continue to build our brand standards and ensure consistent delivery of our visual identity, voice, and value proposition across all communications and channels.

* Multi-Channel Marketing - Execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively use a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to reach target audiences. Explore and adopt new channels, methods, and platforms.

* Collaboration and Consultation - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure integrated and consistent messaging while continuously advocating for alignment to strategic priorities, communications best practices and brand excellence.

* Event Coordination - Assist in the planning and implementation of sponsorships and events including the coordination of event logistics, budget, and vendor management as well as the development and delivery of event communications.

* Reporting and Analytics - Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies and create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.

* Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Education and Experience Required:

* Bachelor’s Degree required.

* At least 3 - 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

* Superb interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, e.g. Word, Excel and content management systems Experience with Adobe and other creative software desirable but not required

* Excellent project management skills

* Great problem-solving skills

* Keen attention to detail

* Strong understanding of current marketing and advertising techniques, including social media campaigns

* Strong research and analytical skills
