Social Media Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for elevating our online presence, connecting with industry professionals, and showcasing the incredible opportunities ASI offers. You'll be at the forefront of our digital strategy, shaping conversations, and amplifying our message across diverse platforms.

The Social Media Manager will report to the Executive Director of Brand and Engagement. You’ll join our marketing department and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital footprint, driving engagement, and fostering connections within the promotional products industry.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media, community engagement, and driving brand presence.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.

Responsibilities:

• Develop diverse and engaging content tailored to each major platform, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Create captivating posts, stories, videos, and other multimedia content to enrich the ASI brand and drive engagement.
• Act as the voice of ASI in online communities and industry groups, fostering meaningful conversations and connections.
• Monitor all member and non-member generated content, particularly in ASI and Promotional Products Professionals Facebook groups and engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with various departments within ASI to brainstorm and execute unique social media campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay organized and proactive in managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and coordinating social media activities to optimize reach and impact.
• Utilize social media analytics and insights to track key metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement data-driven strategies to enhance social media engagement, generate leads, and drive revenue.
• Take on a creative role in producing videos, photos, livestreams, and podcasts to showcase ASI's company events, activities, and industry presence.
• Stay abreast of emerging social media technologies, trends, and best practices that align with ASI's marketing and business objectives and proactively explore new social media channels and opportunities for active engagement with target audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to engage with a social media audience.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with precision.
• Comfortable with occasional on-camera appearances for webinars, podcasts, and videos.

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
