Job Description

(Sales) Account Manager – North America  

Eichenauer Inc., is a privately owned, global manufacturer of high-quality heating elements for the automotive, home appliance, and industrial sectors. Due to growth and demand for our products, we seek a B2B account manager to expand our North American footprint into the household appliance, and medical applications markets, with a focus in coffee brewing applications. Reporting to the CEO, the candidate for this newly created position should be local to the Eichenauer facility in New Hampshire.

This is a hunter position, focused on the acquisition of new Original Equipment Manufacturing, OEM, customers and applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new business in strategic applications and markets
  • Conduct discovery meetings at customer location, to include, engineering, sourcing, R&D, and C-level executives of large multinational corporations to qualify customer expectations
  • Drive strategic revenue growth of enterprise-level customers
  • Collaborate with customer technical teams to understand customer needs
  • Work with technical staff and other cross functional staff to meet customer needs
  • Ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system
  • Propose winning solutions and negotiate contract terms
  • Drive phase three of the corporate short-term expansion efforts, leading into the long-range  expansion and growth for the future.

What you offer:

  • 5 years of B2B full-cycle sales experience in a closing role selling technical products or services in manufacturing to C-level and decision makers in engineering, R&D, and product development
  • High proficiency with in-person and virtual presentations with customers
  • Prospecting, sales planning, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable traveling at least 50% of the time
  • A demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing or engineering is preferred.

  • Competitive base salary plus commission
  • First-year OTE expected to realize $125K
  • Subsequent annual earnings include uncapped commissions
