ABOUT ACCEL ENTERTAINMENTAccel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. SUMMARYThe Accel Executive Development Program supports the development, delivery and oversight of high potential leadership and diversity for the company. In addition, this program will assist in the succession planning strategy in order to ensure consistency in the identification of high potential employees, and also to safeguard the organization through the development of talent for critical organizational roles.
Training Overview:
1. Understanding of core functions, company structure, and culture
2. Gain knowledge of Operations and Systems
3. Executive rotation and placement plan

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a candidate who is committed to excellence, with demonstrated and proven abilities and a high level of organizational skills. - The program will include a 1 year rotational program with assignments and training in various functions including: Relationship Management, Sales, Operations (including call center, count room, collections, field, service).
- The candidate will be assigned one sponsor throughout the program lifecycle for overall guidance and support as well as working with various department leaders to develop their skills.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding and gain insight into the critical functional areas within the company
- Full understanding of the company culture
- Learn and train across all functional areas of the company by rotating through various key departments
- Strengthen strategic decision-making skills and enhance strategic thinking
- Build and learn to shape organizational culture and structures that create value
- Network and establish long-term relationships with key executives
- Learn strategic tools and techniques to manage future growth
- Position yourself to take on more strategic, general management roles
- Gain greater self-awareness and understanding of how you work with others
- Upon the successful completion of the twelve-month program, you will transition into a Leadership role within Accel
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2024 MBA Graduate
- Salary range between $120,000 - $130,000
- Solid operational experience with the desire to join an organization that will provide a platform for personal growth and a path to one day run a business
- Proven track record of success in improving organizational processes
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- The leadership and presence to ultimately be a GM/CEO
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in the weeds and strategically--balance the details with the big picture
