About the Opportunity:
OXEN is looking for a full-time Sales Executive - Sales Hunter who will be based out of Omaha, Nebraska or Wichita, KS. The assigned territory would be surrounding our Omaha, NE and Ames/Harlan, IA offices. The territory is expansive amongst areas and across the state. Sales Excutive(s) residing outside the assigned territory can expect to travel 20-30% for appointments, cold calling and attending trade events, etc.

OXEN Sales Executive(s) are responsible for new business development within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Generating leads via phone calls, emails, and cold calling.
- Developing a prospecting funnel (list).
- Utilizing OXEN's CRM to document outbound calls and emails to potential new clients.
- Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company.
- Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role.
- Use OXEN's CRM to manage various aspects of the job including entering prospecting activities, phone calls, emails, and appointments.
- Properly explain managed services to prospective customers when making appointments.
This role requires someone who is not afraid to aggressively chase down new leads and will be extremely diligent about following up, all the while having the finesse to know when and how to close the deal. The role requires the individual to be hungry and motivated to make connections and open new doors for OXEN within the industries identified as OXEN's ideal client. By understanding the needs of the industry, the Sales Executive(s) must be able to evaluate triggers of the customers and maintain client expectations. The territory for the position is Iowa and Nebraska, with potential expansion with Company growth.
The individual will be responsible for growing new business, new prospects with new logos and must have a deep understanding of markets & competition to develop an appropriate account plan and winning sales.
- Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred
- 5+ years of new business development experience.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently using OXEN tools.
- Ability to work our full-time schedule of 8 hours each day, 5 days per week. Work in excess of 8 hours a day may be necessary at times depending upon customer needs.
- A positive attitude.
- Experience and willingness working in a team environment.
- Ability to follow OXEN proven process.
