Marketing & Communications Manager

Poolsure, an Aquasol Company, is searching for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team in Houston, TX.

The Marketing and Communications Manager creates messages to inform, educate and persuade customers about the company's products and services. This position is also responsible for creating communication plans on how and when the information is shared with current and prospective customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Determine when and how to advertise the company services and product offerings to current and prospective customers
• Develop and execute the marketing and communication plans
• Produce marketing copy of company websites and publications
• Manage the company's social media accounts and develop plans for enhancing brand recognition and following
• Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials needed for trade shows or other copy for education to customers
• Develop continuing education training for current customers, utilizing input from other key team members
• Manage relationships and expectations with third-party vendors to complete defined projects
• Assist in promoting company services at events

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience working with and managing third-party vendors
• Experience working with marketing campaigns through Social media and email is a plus
• Prior experience or familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce is a plus
• Familiarity with B2B advertising campaigns
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and solve problems
• Hands-on experience with web content management systems is a plus

Education and Experience:

• At least a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or communications, or equivalent amount of experience and education combined is preferred
• Previous experience of at least 3 to 5 years working in a similar role
