Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the retention of our current customer base, the growth of our service accounts, and meeting sales objectives. This is a hybrid position working from home, meeting with customers, and in the office for meetings. Salary plus commission. Construction sales a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

This role will be accountable for the following:

• Meet all sales objectives for order volume and margin
  • Lifts in Service Added
  • Quoted Repairs
• Effectively build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
• Working with the Operations Coordinator to manage open jobs and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Working with Service Operations to follow the quoted repair process to ensure all orders are properly signed off operationally to achieve the expected margin.
• Working with Finance to ensure outstanding balances are managed and working with customers on receiving payments.
• Working with Management to establish areas of concentration for business development.
• Responsible for customer service and the retention of our customer base remaining above 95% and participating in the “Hot List” meeting.
• Reporting metrics weekly on units added and orders sold.
• Identifying MOD (modernization) opportunities and generating MOD Proposals

SUCCESS MEASURES

• Lead by example the Genesis Way.
• Deliver on commitments internally and externally within agreed upon time frame.
• Be physically fit to safely lift and carry 25lbs.
• Demonstrate ability to work with and through others to complete tasks safely and in a quality manner.
• Effectively use Asana, Total Service, and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and One Drive.
