ABOUT THE ROLE: As our Growth Marketing Manager, you're not just running campaigns, you're managing user acquisition, creativity, and strategic expertise across the paid media landscape. Creative problem-solvers who can think strategically and analytically about sustainable growth - yet want to get tactical and "build" - will particularly enjoy this role. Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce, you'll be helping to accelerate our profitable growth, working across a variety of sales and marketing channels to drive new and repeat customers into the world of Blu Dot.


We are looking for someone who is located in or near the Minneapolis area, as this role will be in-person at our Minneapolis headquarters.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support the growth marketing strategy, crafting and conducting campaigns across Direct Mail, SEM, SEO, Social, and Affiliate channels that resonate and engage.
  • Manage the creative process across paid channels, from branded creative to influencer collaborations, all aligned with our broader integrated marketing team.
  • Fine-tune our paid media journeys, turning potential into buyers.
  • Manage, launch, and optimize custom landing pages that support Paid, Organic, and CRM initiatives.
  • Support in pioneering new channels that unlock growth and explore uncharted territories in the marketing landscape, such as Affiliate, TV, and video.
  • Collaborate with our Ecommerce and Analytics team, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on our performance metrics, ensuring our campaigns hit our KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, and more).
  • Build a marketing measurement framework to ensure profitability and growth for all Blu Dot sales channels.
  • Lead a team of 2 direct reports and multiple vendor and agency partners.



IDEAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS*:

  • 4-6 years of experience with ROAS / KPI-driven performance marketing, with a track record of managing campaigns across Direct Mail, Google, Meta, and beyond.
  • Full funnel marketer with an understanding of how paid & organic channels work together and understand different campaign tactics and KPIs.
  • Tech-savvy and competent in the digital tools and platforms that power our growth marketing program.
  • Grasps how to set up conversion tracking across various channels and platforms (web, offline).
  • Understanding of marketing tech, especially omnichannel attribution partners (MMM, incrementality, etc).
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in retail or design.
