Marketing Coordinator

Olde Wood, Ltd., is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator with expertise in Google Ads to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize our online presence and maximize ROI through Google Ads campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance.
• Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across marketing channels and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Google Ads certification.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
