Monday - Friday (8:45am - 5:15pm) Work Schedule

• Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships.
• Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure client information is current and reflects any changes.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
• Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.

• Licensing Requirements:
• You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
• A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
• Candidate must have 1-2 years of customer service or office experience to be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner.
