The Inbound Sales Manager Opportunity:

Our Inbound Sales Team manages inbound leads and outbound follow-up. This team is responsible for re-engaging qualified leads, handling live transfer calls, running demonstrations, and ultimately securing new clients.

As an Inbound Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by coaching and developing a team of Inbound Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring an excellent prospect-to-client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high performing, results driven sales team via training, coaching, and motivating
  • Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage every call for maximum conversion rate
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Prepare and report on team performance to Senior Leadership team as required
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one reviews and daily call coaching to build effective communication and understand individual training and development needs
  • Ability to work with Vanilla Soft and Salesforce

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven success in inside sales, with experience leading and/or managing a team
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferable transactional sales)
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and KPI management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
