Car Buyer - Chicago Area Dealership

We offer great pay and excellent benefits for experienced Car Buyers! The right candidate will have experience appraising trades, purchasing from individuals, purchasing at auction, and in wholesale.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and sell used car inventory
• Appraise trade in vehicles for in person and online customers
• Maintain a good mix of inventory based upon the dealership needs
• Achieve monthly purchasing quotas and gross margin targets
• Identify shifts in market conditions and adjust accordingly

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a used car manager or buyer
• High school diploma or higher education
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
