Requirements:

• Agency Experience Required: We're seeking candidates with at least a year of actual social media management or coordination experience at a digital marketing agency. 
• Location: This is an IN-HOUSE position based in Woodland Hills, CA, preferred, but we would consider remote for exceptional candidates with a strong resume.
• Part-time/Full-time: The position is offered at $18/hr to start and can be part time or full time. 
• Must have previous work to show.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on increasing brand awareness and growing account followings across various social media platforms for all COLAB companies.
• Plan, create, and execute engaging content across multiple platforms to elevate brand presence.
• Work with the US team on ideas, then independently manage content creation, distribution, and posting.
• Monitor trends, analyze analytics, and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Assertive with strong leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous marketing agency experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for design errors.
• Creative mindset with a talent for crafting engaging content.

• Ability to balance social media tasks with executive support responsibilities.
