Creative Community Services (CCS) has been improving the quality of life for youth, teens and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs and their families, for over 40 years. CCS is seeking a dynamic new team member who shares this mission to join our team.

Resource Development Director

The Resource Development Director is responsible for developing resources for the agency with a focus on the development of homes for youth in foster care & adults with developmental disabilities

This person will be responsible for developing & implementing the programs recruitment plan, including general & targeted recruitment strategies.

Develop and maintain working relationships with a variety of community organizations, faith-based groups, cultural societies, and other community-based entities to aid with recruitment.
