Corporate Marketing Director - New Home Builder

National Home Builder is seeking a dynamic Corporate Marketing Director with extensive knowledge and experience in home building. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow and impact each Divisions’ Marketing departments. The role is responsible for the overall performance of companies’ marketing teams, focusing on driving the division’s marketing strategies and customer centric culture. We are poised for growth in the markets we serve and reward our key players.
Core Responsibilities:
Marketing:
1. Provide strategic direction on paid and organic advertising including Social Media, provide monthly “Marketing ROI reports” to key decision makers.
2. Oversee and manage the Corporate Website including Division website pages, implementing SEO strategies and best practices with the goal of increased Customer engagement.
3. Implement creative digital and traditional marketing strategies in support of New Communities, Models and Sales Centers. Including Grand Opening events, Digital campaigns, Sales Office build outs, Collateral development, etc.
4. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on marketing opportunities.
5. Promote and reinforce company expectations for brand, culture, and performance.
6. Assist with Division product offerings and Inclusions through monthly and quarterly competitive market research.
7. Work with Divisions and Corporate Vendors to create advertising content, producing A+ visuals, including but not limited to drone videos, customer testimonials, display ads, promotional graphics, home, and community photos/videos.
Collaborate:
1. Conduct weekly virtual Collaborative Marketing team meetings with Divisions Sales and Marketing.
2. Work With Divisions on Realtor outreach.
3. Lead Corporate Retail Department on rolling out new marketing campaigns and initiatives.
4. Work with Executive VP as needed to identify new markets and launch new communities.
5. Supervise and motivate department staff, Division Marketing Teams.
Skills and Abilities:
1. Skilled at Training and Motivation.
2. Analytical and innovative in using data to create successful strategies and programs.
3. Project-oriented and well organized with attention to detail.
4. Expert collaborator, communicator and change agent.
5. Understands market and industry trends.
6. Driven to push sales and marketing efforts to successful closure.
7. Expert in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media.
8. Experience with web design concepts, Graphics and Video editing, and Adobe Suite.
Experience/Education:
1. 4+ years prior experience in New Home Marketing at Director level position.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proven ability to resolve customer issues and negotiate appropriate outcomes.
4. Bachelor’s Degree.
5. Google Analytics Certification preferred.
