WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for general maintenance in office/facility, shipping/receiving deliveries of materials and supplies, scheduling fleet maintenance, forklift operations and data entry.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
  • Receive materials & supplies from Vendors, Fed Ex & UPS.
  • Verify orders, label and stage materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate delivery of office materials & supplies to office personnel daily.
  • Coordinate material & supplies pickups at supply warehouses.
  • Coordinate delivery to jobsite or return materials to warehouse.
  • Provide scanned documentation of materials or supplies picked up to proper personnel.
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
  • Coordinate & deliver fleet vehicles to proper dealerships or auto repair shops for suggested maintenance or needed repair work.
  • Interact with Enterprise Fleet Management team to resolve issues when needed.
  • Assist with general office maintenance and repair.
  • Responsible for driving forklift when needed to unload materials & supplies.
  • Perform monthly fire extinguisher verification for office & warehouse.
  • Install GPS Modules in Company Fleet Trucks.
  • Provide Warehouse support for US Engineering office and field personnel.
  • Manage Warehouse Facility and Dock Area.
  • Receive Materials & Supplies, Verify Orders, Label & Stage Materials.
  • Schedule Deliveries to project sites as requested.
  • Coordinate Materials & Supplies pickups from Vendor Supply Warehouses and Deliver to project sites or warehouse per request.
  • Schedule Fleet Vehicles Services.
  • General Office Maintenance & Repair.
  • Install GPS Modules in Company Fleet Trucks.
  • Assist With the Safety Group.

Education:
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalency required.

Experience:
  • 2-4 years related experience in warehouse management.
  • Forklift Experience

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in a fast-paced work environment that includes frequent interruptions.
  • Team mindset – flexible to help where the team will benefit most and develop effective professional relationships.
Focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines – demonstrates sense of urgency as required.
Physical and/or Travel demands:  
Handling of normal stock will include lifting or carrying parts in excess of 60 lbs. Majority of lifting and carrying will involve parts between 5 and 60 lbs.
Inside/Outside Conditions, Varied Temperature Changes, Minimal Chemical Hazards, Vibration, Dust, Vehicle Noise.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • The range for this position has been established at $23.00 to $28.80 per hour and is U.S. Engineering’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
  • Your total compensation will go beyond the number on your paycheck. Team members are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance as well as paid time off.
