POSITION: Marketing/Sales Support Specialist

KINGWIRE’s goal is to profitably grow the business while maintaining customer respect and loyalty by providing professional sales, service, and value in the wire and cable industry. We are seeking a result-driven professional to join our ever-expanding team.

The Marketing/Sales Support Specialist will be a core member of the KINGWIRE Sales Team at KINGWIRE and will report to the CEO and General Manager. This role is responsible for managing all social media accounts along with providing support to the core sales functionality of the Company. The success of this position relies on the ability of someone to communicate and complete time sensitive tasks as assigned. This position will be tasked with growing the Company’s marketing presence within existing and future social media accounts along with expediated the information flow within the Sales Team.

Responsibilities and Requirements

· Manage existing social media accounts.

· Extend the Company’s social media presence through new platforms that arise or platforms the Company is not currently taking advantage of.

· Formulate marketing strategies that will assist the Company in expanding its reach.

· Assist the General Manager in completing tasks as assigned.

· Monitor and maintain blanket orders currently within the Company.

· Monitor and maintain customer rebates within the Company.

·Provide support by utilizing the Company’s ERP system for order entry.

· Positively contribute to the team effort of servicing our customers to the full potential of the Company.

· Recommend process enhancements to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

· 1-3 Years of Marketing experience preferred.

· Must be proficient with technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.

· Knowledgeable and always stays current on information related to the Wire and Cable market.

· Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to concisely articulate business information with the CEO and General Manager.

· Exhibits the willingness to learn and complete tasks as assigned.

· Exhibits the ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.

· Exhibits high energy with motivation to achieve personal goals that are in line with the goals of the Company.

· Exhibits the ability to collaborate with members of the organization in a positive manner.

· Position is in North Chicago located within the KingWire corporate office.

· This is not a remote position.
