Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Entry-Level Social Media Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing and executing social media strategies to engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Research industry trends and competitor strategies to develop effective social media campaigns.
Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and organic reach.
Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field (or currently pursuing degree).
Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles through internships, coursework, or personal projects is a plus.
Strong passion for social media and digital marketing, with a creative mindset and an understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools, with experience using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
