Job Description:

As a Yard/Inventory Clerk at Weeks, you will organize our yard and inventory and play a pivotal role in supporting our construction projects. Your precision and dedication will ensure that our materials and equipment are always organized, accounted for, and readily available to our teams, enabling them to work efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment
• Organize and maintain the yard to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as required
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to fulfill material requests promptly
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Deliver parts as needed
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
