Job Description
We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for the daily facilitations of office operations, community center activities, and temporary projects of the HOA, computer systems, and communications. This position reports directly to the Association Manager and provides support and assistance to the Association Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Receiving, reviewing, and filing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, and electronic communications. Answering the phones and promptly replying to all telephone voice mail messages
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Knowledge of financial, accounting, budgeting methods and systems
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
Requirements:
- Available for emergency response or available to assign staff to respond appropriately in an emergency.
- Must have a motor vehicle for use on Association business and must maintain a Class C driver’s license.
