Marketing Proposal Writer (Remote, India)

Mohr Management India Private Limited, Indian subsidiary of Mohr Partners, (www.mohrpartners.com) a global corporate real estate services firm is looking for an experienced marketing professional to support our sales team in responding to request for Information (“RFI”) and request for proposals (“RFP”) responses. Candidates should demonstrate experience in evaluating new business opportunities and playing a role in developing RFI/RFP responses and presentations which demonstrate Mohr Partners unique ability to address an occupier client’s specific corporate real estate requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong written communications skills, be able to multi-task and have manage and coordinate a diverse team of subject matter experts in corporate real estate including portfolio analytics, transaction management/brokerage, lease administration, project management and facilities services.

Key job responsibilities:

· Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project briefs and develop compelling content for RFIs, RFPs and client proposals.

· Ensure all content is proofed and prepared for delivery or posting

· Prepare proposal submissions, slide decks, concept boards and other related files for client review and presentations

· Craft informative and engaging case studies highlighting our service lines

· Update website content to reflect the latest offerings and messaging

· Develop service line pitch decks to support sales efforts

· Maintain and update LinkedIn learning ads as needed

· Contribute to other copywriting needs across various company functions as required

· Continuously drive content improvements to elevate the quality of our deliverables

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Communications or Journalism

· 3+ years of marketing or copywriting experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook) and WordPress

· Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) is a plus

· Proficient in American English

· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

· Self-starter who is driven by creativity and inspiration

Physical requirements:

Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner. Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type. Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you. Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand. Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
