JOB OBJECTIVE: To accurately, efficiently, and effectively conduct all aspects of marketing across multiple organizations, including the maintaining each brand, trademark rights, logos, advertising schedules, advertising consistency, specials, promotions, social media content, websites, videos, training videos, and marketing collateral. Conduct social media posts and manage social media content. Research, follow, and understand Demographics for each entity and conduct targeted marketing to those groups. Conduct frequent store and site visits to gain content and remain in touch with relevance and the marketing agenda.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Maintain brand, brand book accuracy, comply and manage all trademarking across multiple entities. Manage the process of updating any outdated marketing collateral / logos with new, updated content / logos.

2. Preplan and determine a marketing schedule with a minimum of 6 months of rolling activity with the goal of spreading monetary investment into multiple layers of media. Use a certain degree of creativity and latitude but work under general supervision and with input from others. Plan out themes, sales, date of specials in conjunction with holidays, popular events, and other events or gimmicks. Use the marketing agenda to improve the function of dollars spent and image of the Company.

3. Utilize computer programs to create, update, and circulate emails, text messages or otherwise for appropriate retail store entities following a preplanned schedule that has been shared and approved by the General Manager and President of the Company. Ensure all scheduled text message emails or other digital form of blasts are accurate prior to sending to customers.

4. Track all efforts and notate trends that work, do not work, specials that were effective, what promotional items should be dropped and what should be refined. Be able to communicate those trends on short notice.

5. Monitor and manage all content for all social media sites, online listings and postings. Verify specials and promotions from the preapproved marketing schedule prior to posting. Notify the appropriate people in the event of any adverse issues associated with rankings, postings or social media sites. Post Company response to adverse comments in every situation.

6. View, monitor and respond to all internet site reviews, handle any tasks needed regarding Yelp, Facebook, Google, and Company website(s). Manage all corporate reputation including accurate links, hours of operation, telephone numbers and all posting associated with multiple entities. Manage all corporate reputation as viewed by customers. Respond to customer comments both positive and negative and communicate any issues with the appropriate parties.

7. Conduct periodic customer service to resolve any issues in store, on site, or otherwise. Resolve outstanding issues by any appropriate means necessary (send gift card, send apology letter, liaison for an appropriate resolution).

8. Monitor and manage all content for any Company controlled Website(s). Ensure all listings are accurate and contain the most recent information. Update Company website with current specials and in conjunction with the marketing schedule. Coordinate and participate in any website updates, redo’s or changes.

9. Manage any online interviews or digital media content. Serve as Company liaison for any new stories regarding the Company. If the Company is considering any digital advertising, coordinate and schedule. Properly document and store ads, commercials, or radio spots.

10. Design, source, and print any and all signage, vinyl, print media, postings, publications, collateral, for all entities. This includes in-store signage, fitting room signage, exterior building and pylon signage, and internal and employee signage. Obtain multiple quotes for projects and ensure the Company has a file of any and all marketing efforts.

11. Conduct periodic customer surveys utilizing third party providers like survey monkey. Derive content, manage the survey, tally the results and report findings. Administer any “winnings” if appropriate or give-a-ways.

12. Coordinate, plan and attend any social events that benefit the Company including extra-curricular activities. This would include any fashion shows, social media events, grand openings, charity events and gatherings. Disseminate marketing materials and represent the Company fully.

13. Coordinate photo shoots for appropriate entity, including sourcing photographer, subject models, and venues.

14. Coordinate, plan, and schedule print, mail, billboard, email and tweet/social media content.

15. Conduct periodic market research to determine prime demographics, where customers are originating, and other key metrics which will be used to determine target market and the advertising schedule.

16. Monitor competition in and out of state and analyze current efforts. Report findings to the President or designee.

17. Take initiative on tasks and provide clear updates on projects, schedules, and meet deadlines.

18. Attend internal meetings and provide updates, progress, and be able to speak to all marketing and social media objectives to the relevant parties.

19. Provide marketing and social media posts that are accurate and free of mistakes, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies. All coupons should have preapproved regulations prior to submittal.

20. Routine travel will be required to each location and will include periodic changes to the essential physical requirements and environmental conditions outlined herein. Routine travel in the field for placement of future box locations, liaison with current Landlord’s or points of contact, research on competition, and maintenance follow-up.

21. Assist in the marketing for charity partners. Lend advice and experience to mailer card design, online email capture, and assist the DDM in maintaining and improving marketing efforts.

22. Assist in answering all phone calls in a professional and business-like manner as needed. Ensure all customer service-related questions are being answered properly including questions about the program and relationship. Properly use telephone system and voicemail to achieve this goal. Assist in answering calls during Office lunch breaks, vacations, sick days, etc.

23. The MSD must be well groomed and suitably dressed to work in an office establishment. The MSD should also be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, have excellent organizational and follow-up skills and excellent customer service skills.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Ensure that all paperwork is accurate and up to date and that all updated paperwork being utilized is the correct paperwork which has been supplied to each territory.

2. Assist in the complete operation of the office. Perform any other job assignment as required by management.

3. Email any PTO request grants or time off needed to the entire office as soon as possible.

4. Cover lunch breaks for sister companies and similar positions by answering incoming telephone lines.

5. Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and organized work area including filing system.

6. Maintain and circulate the Password lists for any and all Company related passwords. Send an updated list upon addition or amendment of any passwords.

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: The MSM must have three years minimum experience in Marketing / Management / Charitable Events / Relationship building / Strategic Planning / Social Event Planning, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Administrative Assistance will be helpful also. Fluent English / Spanish for customer translation preferred; must be an excellent oral and written communicator.

EXPERIENCE: MSM must be proficient with Windows platform, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Use, understanding, and management of all social media platforms a must.

LICENSES: Due to the required travel, the MSM MUST have a valid driver’s license and be approved by the Company’s insurance carrier.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL SKILLS: (These are the physical skills required to perform the essential job functions and their frequency during the work week.)

1. Constant use of fingers, both hands and arms.

2. Constant use of near vision, distant vision, and depth perception (must have average vision with or without the use of a visual aid). Must be able to distinguish between basic colors and shades.

3. Constant use of hearing. The MSM must have average hearing with or without the use of a hearing device.

4. Constant sitting, standing, walking, and bending.

5. Constant use of a computer and related peripherals.

6. Must have the ability to write clearly and concisely, make presentations, work independently with minimal guidance, and be capable of coordinating efforts and collaborate with a variety of individuals having conflicting agendas. Must be able to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

7. Must have strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility to work effectively with senior administration, staff, and the general public.

8. Must be able to work offsite, attend meetings offsite, and periodic travel will be required.

9. Must be able to work with a cellular telephone for remote posting of video, photographs, and other general postings.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: (These are the environmental conditions under which the employee would have to perform the essential job functions and their frequency during the workweek.)

1. Constant work inside with occasional work in moderate heat.

2. Constant work in dusty and noisy conditions.

3. Occasional work on slippery or uneven surfaces and with electrical energy.

4. While most working conditions are generally favorable, some conditions may be unexpected and require higher temperatures, lower lighting or other unanticipated temporary conditions that cannot be predicted due to the nature of the off-site environments.
