Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a crucial member of our team, the Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and drive strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage a diverse range of marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital content, sales presentations and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with teams including Sales, Operations and Human Resources to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows and community outreach programs.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics and providing insights for optimization.
• Maintain marketing databases and assist with customer segmentation and targeting.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
• Assist with the management of digital marketing efforts, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and social media marketing.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows and community outreach programs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or related role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with analytical mindset, able to translate market insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website analytics, email marketing software and social media management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media marketing best practices is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable but not required.
