Summary Objective:

Seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team, with a flair for photography, content creation, and storytelling. This role involves traveling to various construction job sites to capture engaging content that showcases the diversity and innovation of our company's entities. The ideal candidate will be adept at writing compelling blog articles, creating captivating social media posts, and engaging with our online community across multiple platforms. With a focus on amplifying our brand presence and driving audience engagement, this position offers a unique opportunity to explore different industries and contribute to our company's growth through effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to different construction job sites to capture high-quality photos and gather compelling stories.
• Write engaging blog articles and create social media posts tailored to each entity's voice and audience.
• Develop and implement a social media calendar to ensure consistent engagement across all platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to guide content creation and optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with team members from various entities to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and goals.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct market research to identify new social media opportunities and platforms for brand expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital photography and photo editing software.
• Ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media management tools and platforms.
• Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
