Business Development Representative/Outside Sales - Plymouth, WI

What can you expect to do in a BDR role?

Hunt for new business

  • Assigned, pre-qualified leads
  • Generate your own leads

Follow the formal sales process

Analyze customer fleet data

  • Educate customers
  • Recommend pro-active fleet cycling plan

Leverage ancillary services

  • Strengthen customer longevity
  • Increase profitability

Attain all accountability goals

  • Prospecting Pipeline
  • Initial Meetings
  • Obtaining Fleet List
  • Vehicle and Ancillary sales

Assist team with closing new business and winning!

Are you the perfect fit to be a BDR?

2+ years in a recent outside/hunter sales role

  • B2B
  • Cold calling
  • New Business Development

High Energy

Analytical

Able to educate and challenge customers to do things differently

Team player

Self-starter, tenacious, strong work ethic

Excellent verbal and written communication

Computer and CRM savvy

Ability to travel to customer appointments

Bilingual a plus

Compensation

  • 6 Month Guarantee of $5,000/month
  • Additional commission/bonus potential
  • Year 1 Range: $65,000-$75,000

Mandatory Requirements

Successful completion:

  • MVR
  • Background check

Drug screening

Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
