Drives integrated teams, driving technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with Engineering
Develop deep Domain knowledge to support Technical teams.
Facilitates Agile events and ceremonies that help the Engineering teams deliver value.
Supports Product Owners through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, and writing user stories, supports decision-making, and fosters continuous delivery of business value to end users.
Ensures dependencies, impediments, and risks are visible and tracked through to resolution, escalating when necessary.
Supports both India and US-based resources and leads daily calls with both US and India teams.
Responsible for two teams, joint support of a third team.
5+ years of Technical Project Manager experience or 5+ years of relevant Program/Project Management experience.
Current/active Agile certification required.
Computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline work experience required.
Rally experience is required. CVs without Rally experience will not be considered.
