8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Base Salary + Commissions

This role is responsible for generating local staffing business in NJ
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, telephone, and email contact
Market candidates seeking employment to perspective clients
Assisting in the recruitment process to source candidates

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working in an inside sales position, preferably in a Staffing Firm environment
- Having a Book of Business is a Plus
- Professional presentation skills and positive demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic typing skills
- Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with job posting boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter is a plus
