Communications Manager

As a Communications Manager, you will play a key role in building the club's internal communication strategies. You will be responsible for creating content that promotes the club's mission and values and drives member experience. This key role reports directly to the General Manager and will cross-functional teams in each area of the organization.

Full-time $100,000-130,000 USD

• Build a comprehensive communications strategy for the Club's brand identity and vision.
• Responsible for Member Communications, including editing content, newsletters, announcements, and event invitations.
• Able to build a club-wide communication strategy and plan to create a style that has one look and feel and is visually appealing.
• Own creation of a bi-monthly newsletter, including gathering information photos, writing copy, and receiving content and edits from department managers.
• Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate important information effectively to members and staff.
• Ensure communications align with the brand and are professional, engaging, and error-free.
• Manage the club's online presence and digital media strategies.
• Collaborate with Committee and Board Members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Six (6) or more years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing
• Experience in integrated marketing communication campaigns and digital media platforms.
• Proven experience in a communications leadership role, preferably in the a private club.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and members.
• Strong project management and people skills.
• Experience in Club Essentials is a plus.
