Media Coordinator

Looking for a highly motivated individual to join the integrated media team. You will work closely with senior buyers and digital specialists across all mediums from broadcast and digital to nontraditional to maintain a high level of accountability for our client base.
A strong candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and requests at a time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A get-it-done attitude, eye for detail, and top-notch problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Below are some of the basic responsibilities:

Responsible for downloading media invoices electronically

Responsible for securing and auditing media vendor invoices for manufacture co-op requirements

Assists with auditing vendor invoices and tracking delivery each month; includes checking traffic codes and collecting credits as needed

Assists digital specialist with gathering co-op documentation for SEM, You Tube, Display and Facebook and delivering on a timely basis each month

Sends out traditional media orders and revisions to media partners and secure confirmations prior to schedule airing

Review monthly budgets for Facebook, SEM and You Tube to confirm accuracy

Traffics broadcast and digital creative to vendors

Traffic Facebook and audit to confirm correct assets are running

Assists with tracking delivery of digital buys

Assists with mid-month and end of month digital reporting
