Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our agency's portfolio of lighting products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns, building brand equity, and assisting our organization in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative flair, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B marketing – ideally within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Brand Management:
- Enhance and maintain the agency's brand image in the marketplace.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Oversee website design and content.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the sales team and lighting manufacturers to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, product catalogs, and digital content.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute client and industry events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, booth design, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility.
- Public Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with industry media and influencers.
- Develop and distribute press releases to showcase agency achievements and product launches.
- Team Leadership:
- Facilitate marketing execution across the company, fostering a collaborative approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bonus points if you have an in-depth knowledge of the construction and/or lighting industry and its trends.
