Sales Bizlab is we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our team. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us maintain and enhance our company's reputation. You will collaborate with our Public Relations team to implement impactful strategies and cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners. Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

Support the Public Relations team in executing media campaigns and activities.
Assist in coordinating and organizing press events, conferences, and interviews.
Draft and edit press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials.
Monitor and track media coverage, relevant trends, and industry news.
Manage media database, updating contacts and tracking interactions.
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and strategic partners.
Conduct research to identify new media opportunities and potential collaboration partners.
Assist in managing social media accounts and monitoring online conversations.
Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior internship or work experience in public relations or a related field is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and media monitoring tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of public relations best practices and industry trends.
