Unique full-time opportunity for the person with the right blend of experience in multifamily marketing/leasing (with strong emphasis on social media marketing), and general office management. You'll be responsible for providing oversight of online marketing and reputation management, support of non-managed portfolio leasing activities, as well as administrative duties that support the general operations of the Property Management and Accounting departments.
Compensation for this full-time position is $24 to $26 an hour, depending upon experience level. Full-time employees at Milestone are eligible for GREAT benefits, including group medical, dental, vision, holidays, and personal time off.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties, including but not limited to, answering business phone greeting visitors, inventory, ordering of office supplies and providing general administrative support to both the accounting and property management departments.
- Review and refresh online marketing for managed and non-managed sites.
- Review social media and monitor reputation management and respond as directed.
- Support of non-managed properties and leasing activities.
Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of proven experience as a Leasing Agent or Assistant Manager or a multifamily property, or an equivalent combination of industry education and experience, with strong emphasis on social media marketing.
- General office administrative experience, including but not limited to, proficiency in phone etiquette for clear communication with tenants, vendors and clients, greet & assist visitors, filing, data entry and inventory control.acceptance of all telephone calls and visitors, filing, data entry.
- Must have their own vehicle, current driver's license and insurance.
- Background check required after acceptance of Job Offer.
