Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess exceptional communication and project management skills. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in facilitating the CEO's daily operations, ensuring seamless communication, and driving key projects to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and presentations.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to track tasks, milestones, and deadlines effectively.

  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to providing outstanding support to the CEO 


Overview of Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and scheduling conflicts

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges, exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, or initiatives, coordinating logistics and resources as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team and department heads to facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity

  • Communicate on behalf of the CEO, ensuring emails and other correspondence reflect his voice, style, and preferences.
