Job Description

After 27 years, the global leader in providing corporate sports hospitality has arrived in Denver!

 

Our company, International Sports Management (ISM) provides corporate sports hospitality and ticketing packages, for events around the world including The Masters, NCAA Tournament, Ryder Cup, Kentucky Derby, and many more. We are excited to be expanding into Denver with a brand-new office space to grow our national sales team, as demand for our events continues to grow! Corporate sports participation is exceeding record numbers and is projected to continue to do so into 2024 and beyond, which is why we are looking to bring on energetic, lively, and passionate Account Executives with a targeted start date of late-May.

 

The National Account Executive position will be responsible for new business generation with multi-million dollar companies, selling major sporting event packages. Our clients use ISM to host and entertain their top accounts, prospects and incentivize their top performers. The position will teach you a full sale cycle with guidance from our office GM, Nick Kosmalski, who is coming from our headquarter office in Chicago! This is an inside sales position where you would be calling on companies all around the U.S., focused on selling the 2025 BMW Championship, coming back to the Baltimore area at Caves Valley Golf Club, but flexibility to sell over 30 events annually! Once you have achieved initial success in the role, you will begin to incorporate account management in addition to generating new business. Furthermore, there is potential promotion into sales management within the first 6-12 months of your start date.

Successful candidates must be confident, able to take instruction, money motivated and work closely with Nick on a daily basis to improve their sales skills. What We Provide:

Comprehensive initial training along with continuous mentoring

Base salary + commission, uncapped

Bonuses, both cash & prize (monthly, quarterly & annually)

Paid vacation in your first year of eligibility and all major holidays off (there were over 4 weeks paid off in 2023 for all staff)

  • First year earnings avg. range of$50K-$70K+ (base + commission), Year two $80K+
  • Growth opportunities for management in 6-12 months
  • Volunteer participation in our “ISM Giving Back” program promoting activities and donations (with matching company contributions) with local charitable organizations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Sports Management preferred but not required); equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion for the sports industry
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Competitiveness and persistence with motivation to succeed and grow into an expanded role
