We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated individual who is eager to learn all aspects of marketing at DAR PRO.
You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to create effective campaigns that promote our brand and generate demand for our products and services. Efforts will focus on quality lead generation, increasing customer retention and using the right channels to reach our target audience.

About the role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated individual who is eager to learn all aspects of marketing at DAR PRO.
You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to create effective campaigns that promote our brand and generate demand for our products and services. Efforts will focus on quality lead generation, increasing customer retention and using the right channels to reach our target audience.
Other potential marketing responsibilities:
- Conduct research on industry-related topics, competitors, and customers
- Identify new segments and opportunities to generate leads and boost conversions
- Plan trade shows and traveling to some events to engage, learn, and improve ROI
- Brainstorm, plan and carry out digital marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social media, search engines, and paid and display advertising
- Administer social media, including content, scheduling, engagement, and analysis
- Prepare video and image assets and/or administer third-party design projects
- Work with SEO/Google Ad partners to deploy strategies that drive traffic to the website
- Build email templates, contact forms, and landing pages
- Write creative and informative copy in the areas of ad messaging, calls-to-action, newsletters, product or service descriptions, presentations and landing page content
- Use CRM to research and automate marketing touchpoints across the customer journey, including opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, surveys, case studies, and more
- Provide regular campaign communication to internal stakeholders and participate in team meetings to gain feedback and ideas
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance for improvements
- Assist with pre-qualifying leads and suggest tactics to improve inbound lead quality
- Support the launch and adoption of products or technology, such as a customer portal
- Lead various project calls and communicate deliverables to ensure project is on track
- Keep up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technology
- Performing general marketing administrative tasks and all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, design, communications or related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, including but not limited to social media, blogging, emails, display, search engine marketing and marketing automation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- 3+ year of hands-on experience in marketing/communications setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter with great problem-solving and research skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with determination to bring ideas to life
- Ability to work closely with a team and collaborate daily
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other photo and video editing software
- Knowledge of important marketing metrics - website visitors, email click-thru rates, MQLs, conversion and close rates, etc.
- Familiar with CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics/Ads and basic HTML

- Frequently must sit for extended periods.
- Occasionally walk, bend, balance, or stoop.
- Regularly required to reach with hands or arms.
Work Environment
- Job functions will be carried out in an office environment.
- Less than 10% domestic travel.
