Dealership Assistant Service Manager Responsibilities:

Distribute service work and coordinate activity in the Service department
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Generate all internal repair orders and be the primary point of contact for used car inspections
Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
Maintain good working relationship and foster positive employee relations.
Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments
Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
Other administrative duties as required

Dealership Assistant Service Manager Qualifications:

Previous experience in service writing or management, preferably in a dealership setting
Strong knowledge of automotive service
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
