Client Services Coordinator

Position Summary

As a Client Services Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in coordinating service calls at solar and battery storage customer sites, generating proposals, monitoring timelines, scheduling resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction for profitable business growth. This position involves direct client interactions and is pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting business development at our solar company.

What You’ll Do

• Business Development: Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and video chats to introduce our service offerings. Collaborate on creating proposals and developing new marketing strategies.
• Work Order Management: Generate and track work orders, ensuring all details are accurately entered into our ERP system. Monitor client sites for technical issues and manage service calls accordingly.
• Resource Scheduling: Manage timelines and coordinate labor and material resources to meet client needs effectively.
• Budgetary Analysis & Planning: Work with the O&M team to forecast resource needs and analyze billing rates and margins.

What You’ll Need for Success

• High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or a related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in the solar/energy industry is preferred with a focus on labor coordination.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities, proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• OSHA 10, PV101 (desired), NABCEP (desired).
• Approximately 5% travel to solar project sites may be required.
