Overview:

The Product Experience and Deployment Manager will join a team of over 100+ purpose-driven staff in a friendly, focused, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is the largest leadership honor society in the United States, with over 800 chapters and more than 1.5 million members.

The Product Experience and Deployment Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of our subscription product, from initial experience design to launch, including post-launch support and event facilitation. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with stakeholders in education, technology, and marketing to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.

Responsibilities:

Product Experience Design

  • Develop and implement experiences for learners in response to the business requirement plans and ensure alignment with adult learning principles and core customer needs.
  • Analyze needs, recommends the right delivery option(s) for educational content, designs effective and engaging learning solutions, and supports the implementation and delivery of educational programs within the subscription product.
  • Partner with the learning design and product design teams to implement the product experience vision and educational programming initiatives.
  • Provide end user support and facilitation of content where required.
  • Facilitate delivery of product events and moderate community posts, interactions, and engagement

Product Delivery

  • Manages the end-to-end delivery of the subscription product.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product delivery schedules, ensuring timely releases that align with company goals and market demands.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across the product delivery lifecycle to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Oversee the quality assurance process, including testing strategies and bug tracking, to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all subscription product delivery-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and adjustments.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring system usage and gathering user feedback.
  • Facilitate and/or support subscription product events, experiences, and user interactions.
  • Advocate on our users' behalf while working within time, technical, and business constraints to deliver the highest customer value possible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or a related role within a technology-driven environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online event management, facilitation, and administration.
  • Proven track record of developing and growing successful digital education products and services.
  • Expertise in establishing business requirements and product specifications.
  • Demonstrated history of complete product life-cycle ownership to imagine, conceive of, brainstorm, and deliver business growth opportunities by leading a product design process from problem definition, prototyping, implementation, and performance data analysis.
  • Experience with working with cross-functional and remote teams including technology, support, design, and marketing.
  • Basic understanding of CRM and LMS systems
