Vice President of Marketing

We’re looking for a true creative with experience running a marketing agency to spearhead efforts and lead our team within our in-house agency that services our luxury home services brands. The ideal candidate has vast experience working in marketing agencies, including leading teams and creative initiatives. Additionally, the right fit will be an expert in SEO and Ads specifically with proven experience making clients successful through those efforts. Please note that this role is an in-person position here in Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth

• Build a marketing team of A+ players

• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

• Oversee all aspects of the marketing department, including advertising, public relations, social media, content creation, and digital marketing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a marketing agency

• Strong knowledge of various marketing disciplines including copywriting, social media marketing, product management, performance marketing, WordPress, Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, advertising sales, budgeting, and print advertising

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
