Digital Marketing Manager

Wild Bill’s Tobacco, the largest tobacco retailer in Michigan and the second largest in the United States, offers a broad selection of tobacco products and is renowned for excellent customer service. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Reputation Manager to strengthen our online presence and maintain our digital platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and Reputation Manager skilled in WordPress, Shopify, and familiar with the Birdeye platform for reputation management. This pivotal role involves maintaining and enhancing our websites. The successful candidate will also manage SEO strategies to boost organic search visibility, handle our online reputation, and have experience in building and managing eCommerce websites.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and updating the company websites using WordPress and Shopify.
• Design and develop eCommerce platforms, ensuring they are optimized for sales and user engagement.
• Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve overall search engine rankings and increase traffic.
• Manage our digital reputation through the Birdeye platform, ensuring a positive online presence.
• Analyze digital performance and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure digital strategies align with company goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and SEO practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Manager and/or Digital Reputation Manager with expertise in website management, SEO, and eCommerce development.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate digital performance metrics.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress and Shopify as well as familiarity with Birdeye
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, or relevant field.
