Job Description
L2 Cyber Solutions (L2) is seeking a Business Services Specialist to join our team. This position will work directly with the company leadership, providing administrative services for L2 operations to support our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee human resources, procurements, logistical support, financial tracking, operations reporting, B2B coordination, employee engagement, and general administrative management.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, highly organized, willing to be challenged, focused on continuous improvement, and is able to adjust to changing priorities. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills to interact with L2’s team of technical employees, our professional partners, and thrive in a small collaborative team environment.
Essential Responsibilities
HR and Benefits Management
- All major human resources functions, such as:
- Recruiting and staffing employees
- Employee benefits
- Employee compensation
- Employee and labor relations
- Human resources compliance
- Organizational structure
- Human resources information and payroll
- Employee training and development
- Assist in the hiring process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Facilitate Bi-monthly Team meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and manage corporate action items in Jira
- Maintain employee records, including contracts, benefits, PTO, etc.
- Maintain company policies, own and document internal procedures
General Office Administration
- Provide general administrative support to the office, manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, and organize company events
- Maintain organized and secure files for all documentation
- General IT management of business systems and application configuration of BambooHR, Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, Jira, etc.
- Coordinate with third party vendors and partners, maintain corporate compliance
Accounting and Finance
- Oversee accounts payable & receivable, prepare monthly financial reports for leadership review
- Prepare and send invoices, pay monthly invoices
- Enter financial transactions, coordinate w/ CPA to manage corporate financial statements
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Generate reports as needed for management (P&L, balance sheet, spend plans)
- Liaise with external accounting firms and financial institutions as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years of experience performing similar work
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Office management experience
- A quick study, willing and able to learn the company ops software tools
- Reliable - someone who can predictably deliver excellence
- A team player who keeps the best interest of the organization at heart
- Proficient in GSuite, GMail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe
- Quickbooks Online experience a plus

- Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer
- Applicants must be able to physically work in our Greenwood Village office 2-3 days per week
