Responsibilities

- Meet with clients, both in-person and virtually, to assess their financial needs and goals.
- Develop customized financial plans and strategies to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve your skills and expertise.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

Compensation

OTE: $80,000 - $100,000 First Year

Merit based/commission income
Training Allowance
Stipend Activity Bonus
