Digital Designer

The Digital Designer is a skilled and creative professional with a passion for communicating ideas and information visually across digital and offline media. The Digital Designer will tailor the user experience by creating graphics and videos that capture the attention of those who see them while communicating the right message through a strong ability to translate business requirements and marketing goals into visual elements. The Graphic Designer works both independently and with a team to create, maintain, and update internal products as well as our public facing brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of materials that may include web applications, marketing materials, sales presentations, email campaigns, landing pages, social medial graphics, and internal communications.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, sales, innovation, and operations teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies, user needs, and brand expectations.
• Apply UX/UI principles to improve the usability and effectiveness of our digital assets, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new website features and mobile apps using Figma and Adobe tools.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
  

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing materials and UX/UI design work.
• Proficiency in design software, specifically Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Experience in working with development teams in translating designs and intended experiences into functional solutions.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and an eye for detail.
• Deep understanding of current digital trends and best practices with a focus on product usability and envisioning and communicating customer journeys.
• A design degree with 3-5 years of professional experience within a corporate environment.
